Most recently I lead a £1M discovery Project for a major System Refresh, including requirements elicitation from approximately 40 stakeholders, management of 5 consultants and associated subcontracts, authorship of funding application materials for a future Delivery (approx. £12M project scale over three years) and continuous engagement with senior stakeholders within Law Enforcement and Central Government throughout.
